For instance, the Idaho Rules of Criminal Proceedure require that you file motions to suppress evidence that was illegally obtained, in violation or your constitutional rights, within a prescribed time period. Failing to assert your rights, may lead to the court admitting that evidence at trial. If you are charged with a crime, or are the subject of an investigation, consult with an attorney immediately.

I understand the uncertainty that comes from being charged with a crime - and provide the option of a flat fee in most criminal cases. Knowing your legal fees up front allows you to make the best decisions without worrying about the expense.
